By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms: 1. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure certain appointments. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled service and allows us to allocate time, resources, and materials specifically for you. Deposits are not limited to ordering hair or products and may also cover preparation for customized services and reserving exclusive appointment times. 2. Applicability Not all services require a deposit. If a deposit is required, the amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. 3. Deposit Application The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. 4. Non-Refundable Nature All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Client cancellation for any reason. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment (“no-shows”). 5. Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour period will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. 6. Forfeiture of Deposit If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required for any subsequent bookings. 7. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with HERA, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
